It
all started in 1980, working as an orderly in a hospital, learning about
human behavior and adapting to their different styles and needs. After
post graduate studies in microbiology and immunology and while doing
research and teaching, a first company was created by Philippe and Dr.
Jean Barbeau to provide adapted and modernized teaching, training methods
and materials. The year was 1988, the company name was Pedaconcept.
During more than 15 years spent in international pharmaceutical companies,
selling, managing, training and heading departments, Aseret Congruence
was created by Philippe in 2001, inspired by the results obtained with
effective communication, leadership and coaching . Since then, Aseret
consultants have been involved in the training and development of professionals
in North America, Europe and Africa with over 20 corporations, large
and small. Philippe is also on the faculty of the International Executive
Institute of McGill University.

Our core group of experts has spent over 20 years in various organizations.
Sales, management, research, training, teaching, human resources, marketing
and executive positions have been our experience. We have successfully
held positions in everyone of the disciplines mentioned and can relate
to individuals currently in those roles.
We believe people can only increase their productivity through their
development and fulfillment in whatever role they play.
Our intent is to provide training programs and learning concepts that
will allow small and large organization to foster an environment for
